Hi, I’m Nicole and in the Netherlands I help adults to achieve the mindset they need to lose weight and keep it that way! And now I’m translating my courses in English!

My Story

I always worked in the field of sports, health and mindset. Different jobs, in different city’s and with different challenges, gave me the oppurtunity to learn so much! 

I love to help, coach and train people and with as masters degree in Education I know exactly how to trigger the right thoughts. What leads to a new and improvement mindset. 

I use the mindset tools I teach every day in my own life. Regarding food, exercise, but also in the relationships with my family members, husband and kids. 

And if I can be very happy and healthy with a chronic illness, and a few other challenges in life, you can be to!

D.R.E.A.M. works!

D.R.E.A.M. was born in the Netherlands. And stands for Drive – Routine – Emotions – Action and Mindset. 5 important steps to achieve change and new behavior for now and the future.

Knowledge is key.

The course contains a lot of knowledge. Because you need to know how your brain works and how it reacts to food, sugar, influences and more. 

Everybody can do this!

I hear a lot of negative thoughts. I can’t do this, I tried it so many times before, I was born like this, My whole family is overweight…… A mindset change is always possible, for everyone!

My Approach

 Everybody knows that a carrot is healthier than a bag of crisps. But why do you eat the crisps anyway?

What triggers your behavior? 

What did you learn when you were a child?

What does the environment do? What tempatations are all around you and how do you deal with that?

And what inner believes do you have that hold you back? 

I think that the aspect of mindset and behavior is the most important thing when it comes to living healthy, making good choices and losing weight. 

So that’s exactly what you learn in my courses.

  • When you decide to enroll you get lots of information based on science and experience.  Video’s and homework.
  • Do the homework, schedule some free time to work on yourself for the best results.
  • Every other week a new chapter finds it’s way into your mailbox. 
  • That gives you 2 weeks to really deepdive into the chapter and make changes that last a lifetime.
